We stayed at this luxurious hotel for 2 weeks and were impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The room we had was spacious, with a seating area and a fridge, perfect for our extended stay. The large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room was incredibly quiet. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests we had. One highlight was the enormous buffet breakfast that catered to all tastes. The hotel's location by the side of the largest lake in Japan provided a beautiful view and added to the overall luxurious experience. Additionally, the free shuttle bus service to the nearby station was a great bonus and made getting around the area easy and convenient.

The hotel is located outside of the central area but close to a train station which makes it easy to travel to Kyoto. Some rooms have excellent views of the surrounding area and are spacious with modern amenities like walk-in showers and high water pressure. Service is prompt and accommodating, and parking is affordable.
The exterior of the hotel may appear dated and may not be to everyone's taste.

Spacious rooms with beautiful lake view and friendly staff who were always attentive to our requests. The free shuttle service to and from the hotel made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The spa was also a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was a bit remote, requiring either the shuttle service or a taxi to get to any nearby points of interest. the communication with non-Japanese speakers could be improved, as some staff members struggled with English.
